They do not provide HIV inpatient or outpatient treatment Primary HIV Care Facilities - any identified facility (hospital, clinic, social office, or NGO) that is dedicated for outpatient HIV care only and serves as a dispensaries for medicine. This is also identified by the Department of Health. HIV Treatment Hubs - any identified hospital that is dedicated for inpatient/outpatient HIV care.
